Limitless possibilities with the Orange Juice Smoothie

One of the most refreshing beverages is the smoothie. It’s basically blended and chilled vegetable or fruit extracts combined with crushed ice, syrup as well as honey or some milk, whichever you prefer.

You could consider a lot of various flavors of fruits. My own personal favorite is the frozen orange juice smoothie. It is also one of the simplest smoothies to make. You just need a pair of oranges, a single cup of low calorie milk, a cup of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey, and ice cubes. Place it in a blender and in a few seconds you already have a delightfully revitalizing drink.

In case you are trying to stay away from your sinful desserts such as those fattening sweets and cakes then choose a mixed smoothie. Blend orange juice with bananas, mangoes or apples. You can even add a little rum or vodka to make it exciting. The possibilities are endless in using smoothies when you are creative enough. Take pleasure in this fun drink today!
